As women, we've been taught to feel GUILTY whenever we put ourselves first.
“Putting our own oxygen mask first” is considered an act of self-indulgence and selfishness.
We are on 365/24/7 and are supposed to do it all to perfection - cooking, cleaning, taking care of our children and elderly parents, planning and driving our kids to their extracurricular activities, etc....on top of having a full-time job.
We deeply believe that there are just not enough hours in the day to take care of our own needs.
So we go to bed drained and exhausted, only to wake up and do it all over again....without taking a single minute to recharge our batteries.
Unfortunately, this is how a lot of women lead their lives these days.
But here is the thing: this way of living is simply NOT SUSTAINABLE.
You need to put YOUR OWN OXYGEN MASK FIRST in order to give the best of you to others.
If you don’t, you can only give what is left of you, which in most cases is not much.
The good news is that there are some practical and achievable steps you can take to start making time for your own needs.
And it is my pleasure to guide you and to share with you the roadmap that allowed me to not only overcome my own burnout but be the healthy and fulfilled woman and mom that I am meant to be.

Here we perform a time audit and well as a task analysis to eliminate your “time wasters” and get you at least 45 minutes of “Me Time” back per day. We also craft your morning and evening routines and we set your self-care intentions for the next 90 days.
Part 3: Daily and Weekly pages to help you track your self-care activities and add accountability to your goals.
