RETURN AND DAMAGE POLICY

All books and toys can be borrowed for a three week period and must be returned or renewed. All items can be renewed a maximum of two times before they must be returned.  Please note that some materials may be on recall if we have another member waiting. 

 

Books and toys must be returned the the Agape Resource Centre in the same condition as they were when borrowed.

Any damaged books or toys and games with  missing pieces must be replaced at cost by the borrower​. You’ll be charged a fee for replacement or repair of lost or damaged materials. We won’t hold you responsible for items lost or damaged by fire, flood or theft when documented by a police or insurance report.

 

If an item is lost, you’ll be required to pay the replacement cost of the item. Once paid for, the item belongs to you.

If you find the item within 30 days of the date it was paid for, you can obtain a refund by bringing the item and the receipt to the Agape Resource Centre. We refund the cost of the item.
